This blog
I have realized that the more I write, the more I need a place to record my thoughts about writing. Lately I’ve been appropriating both my LJ and my private witch’s blog to talk about story stuff, which makes tracking ideas down later a whole lot more difficult. Plus, I want to have a place to record all my little epiphanies from writing books and novels and movies. So, thanks to the tireless efforts of the wonderful hubby, my first O-fficial writer’s blog is up and running. I expect this to become my main blog, though I will still use my Livejournal to keep up with friends and perhaps fill out the occasional meme.
Web stuff baffles me, so it will probably be a while before I really figure out the nooks and crannies of this blogging system. Meanwhile, if you happen across this page and things are a little wonky…please bear with me.
Feel free to look around. There’s not much here yet, but I’ll be constantly adding things as I think of them. Sometime in the next few days I hope to have replaced the default background images with objects from my actual desk. Eventually I hope this blog page will be the springboard for a more complete website, but I’m not quite there yet.
My goal will be to post something here every day, even if it’s just a quote or random thought or a statement saying “I have nothing to say today.” Though as a writer, I hope that’s never the case.
